Refund/Return
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Return shipping charges are incurred by the customer; unless there is a warranty issue, then JAKK Outdoors will cover return shipping at its discretion. Returned items that have been used and are not suitable for resale (at the discretion of JAKK Outdoors) will not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at jakkoutdoors@gmail.com and we can set up a return authorization.

Warranty
The JAKK Outdoors Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from the original purchase date. If something fails because of how it was manufactured, we'll replace it. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage from use — but if you're not sure if something is eligible for a warranty claim, please reach out.

Note: This is a piece of foam that is intended to be used in abrasive and rocky terrain. Depending on how much you use it and how hard you are on it, it will eventually get marks, scuffs, punctures, small tears, thorns, etc. This is considered normal wear and tear. Think of this like the foam in an archery target. Some cheaper archery targets wear out fast because the foam is cheap. The premium foam used in high end archery targets last longer but will still eventually wear out.
